78-80% of our castings are delivered to our customers ready to assemble.
In Flossenbürg, this rises to as much as 95%. And we do, of course, also
combine our own products with components from selected suppliers to
produce complete system series: our customers decide the degree of
vertical integration - and we provide everything from one stop!
Machine data for trimming:
- Eccentric trimming presses, 5t to 25t
- Hydraulic trimming presses, 15t to 50t
Machine data for surface treatment:
- 4 „Hunziker”-continuous-shot blasting machines
- 1 overhead-conveyor shot blasting machine
- 2 high-pressure water-blasting machines
- 7 vibratory finishing machines (fully automatic with drying
bench and drying oven)
- 3 tumbling-polishing machines
- 1 Rotofinish vibratory tumber for careful surface treatment
Machine data for finishing:
- 15 CNC-controlled finishing centres with a 46-fold tool changer

- 3 CNC-controlled fully-automated machining cells with robot
handling systems

- 19 revolving transfer machines (RTM) with 4 to 12 machining
units. All are fully automated and connected with robot handling
systems, continuous-flow washing unit and control and test equipment.
