The future of our firm can only be assured by motivated and committed
employees. As a result we organise external and internal trainings for our
staff. We have developed an extensive programme to train our employees as
coach. Our trainings are running.
Our flexitime
This is why we offer our employees part-time positions and different
kinds of flexible working hours. We do know that we have to be
responsive to the social situation. Our proportion of working women is
28 % - office workers even 35 %.
We are of the opinion tha - especially in our technological branch -
these figures are convincing.
